Boot Camp is a great way to boost your fitness levels in a supportive group environment.
I conduct Boot Camps every weekday in different locations across Townsville including the Strand, Riverway and Castle Hill.
When you attend a Boot Camp session you’ll be challenged to focus on your upper body, abs and lower body through activities such as boxing, circuits, running and core exercises; it’s tough work but incredibly rewarding. You’ll also take part in team games at some Boot Camp sessions; this will help you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, build self-confidence and make new friends.
In addition to my daily Boot Camps, I run Corporate Boot Camps across Townsville, for workplaces looking to boost morale and strengthen team dynamics.
Boot Camps run for a set period of eight, 10 or 12 weeks and often form part of a fitness challenge in which two prizes are awarded – one to the person who loses the most weight and one to the person who loses the highest percentage of body fat.
